About Me
My Bio
Hello, I am Malissa Bovell, a passionate and dynamic young educator who is excited about technology in Barbados. Currently, I am in the final stages of completing my Masters in Instructional Design and Technology, which I envision to be a powerful tool in my mission to enhance the learning experiences of individuals particularly those with special needs.
The Masters in Instructional Design and Technology program was designed for educators, trainers, curriculum development professionals, instructional designers, multimedia specialists and other education or training professionals. As I seek to advance my career I believe that this program in training and instructional design to be an asset to my professional development.
With my innovative teaching methods, I strive to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every participant or student feels valued and supported. I firmly believe in the power of technology to engage and inspire young minds, and I intend to leverage my knowledge of instructional design and technology to make learning more accessible and engaging for my all students /learners.
Beyond my educational pursuits, I enjoy a variety of hobbies that allow me to recharge and stay inspired. I find solace in reading, finding inspiration from a diverse range of books. I also love to explore the beauty of nature and frequently take long walks to reconnect with the world around me. Additionally, I try to prioritize fitness and incorporate physical exercise into my daily routine, as I believe in the holistic development of both the mind and body.
Driven by my passion for education and my desire to make a positive impact, I am determined to shape the future of education in Barbados. Through innovative teaching methods, commitment to inclusive classrooms, and dedication to personal growth, I am on a transformative journey to create an educational landscape that empowers and uplifts every student learner .Additionally, I have a keen interest in elements that affect organizational and group performance.
