My Bio
I am an innovative and results-driven educator specializing in instructional design and technology, with a strong commitment to transforming learning experiences in Barbados and across the Caribbean. I hold a Master’s degree in Instructional Design and Technology, which supports my ability to create inclusive, impactful, and future-focused educational solutions—particularly for individuals with special needs.
With extensive experience in curriculum development, training, and digital learning design, I bring a strategic and learner-centered approach to education and professional development. I design and deliver engaging, technology-enhanced programs tailored to diverse audiences, including students, corporate teams, and organizations seeking measurable growth and performance improvement.
My work is grounded in a passion for inclusivity and accessibility. I create learning environments where individuals feel supported, empowered, and equipped to succeed, leveraging modern tools and evidence-based methodologies to improve learning outcomes across varied contexts.
